Well, that’s the short version at least, but we are so much more than just a supply company.

We can create the perfect designs for any room, no matter what the shape or size. All our designs are created on the latest 3D CAD software, which results in realistic photo quality images to help you make those important decisions.

Below is a little bit more about how our typical process works, however this is just a guide. We treat everyone individually, and work around your requirements.

To create your perfect room, we need to obtain a few details about your property whilst performing our home visit, i.e. accurate room measurements, boiler type and water pressure etc. However unlike many companies who require you to obtain this information yourself (which can be a little daunting to say the least), we do all of this for you in order to make this as stress free as possible.

Following our home visit we will contact you within a couple of days and invite you back to our showroom and run through our initial lifelike CAD designs with you, at this point we will discuss all options and amend our designs (if necessary) until we achieve your perfect room.

We will discuss payment options and find the perfect payment plan for you. Once you are happy we will place the order with our suppliers and delivery is typically expected to be with us in 1 to 3 weeks. Once we take delivery of your goods we give them a thorough check over, these are then placed into a dedicated despatching warehouse, awaiting delivery to your door.

We will contact you to discuss a convenient delivery date and time, and our skilled drivers will safely unload your new products into any ground floor room you specify for you to examine.
